บทคัดย่อ (TH)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาในการบริหารยุคความปรกติถัดไป 2) วิเคราะห์แนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาในการบริหารยุคความปรกติถัดไป และ 3) นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาในการบริหารยุคความปรกติถัดไปพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา จังหวัดตราด เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี เครื่องมือการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ คือ แบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาในพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา จังหวัดตราด จำนวน 260 คน โดยใช้ตารางเทียบหากลุ่มตัวอย่าง ของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น และการสุ่มอย่างง่าย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 12 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์การคัดเข้า ใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ตรวจสอบข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคสามเส้า และนำเสนอด้วยวิธีการพรรณนา

The purposes of this research were to: 1) examine the level of participation of school boards in the administration in the Next Normal, 2) analyze approaches for developing the participation of school boards in educational administration in the Next Normal and 3) propose guidelines for developing the participation of school boards in the administration in the Next Normal within the Education Sandbox of Trat Province. This research employed a mixed-methods design. The quantitative instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire administered to 260 school boards within the Education Sandbox of Trat province. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s sampling table, and participants were selected through proportional stratified random sampling combined with simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using means and standard deviations. The qualitative instrument was a structured interview. Twelve key informants were selected through purposive sampling based on predetermined inclusion criteria. The qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis, validated through triangulation, and presented descriptively.
