บทคัดย่อ (TH)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของครูยุควิถีถัดไป และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของครูยุควิถีถัดไป สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่
การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 จำนวน 316 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางเครซี่มอร์แกนแล้วสุ่มอย่างง่ายตามสัดส่วนของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน แต่ละสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามระดับการกระประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.90 และ ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามระดับประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของครูยุควิถีถัดไป มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ประกอบด้วย (1) หลักการมีส่วนร่วม (2) หลักนิติธรรม (3) หลักคุณธรรม หลักความโปร่งใส (4) หลักความรับผิดชอบ (5) หลักความเสมอภาค (6) หลักประสิทธิผล และ (7) หลักความคุ้มค่า 2) ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของครูยุควิถีถัดไป โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ประกอบด้วย (1) ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาให้มีทักษะในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล (2) ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาให้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในกฎหมายการศึกษา (3) ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาให้เป็นผู้ชี้แนะ แนะนำ และให้คำปรึกษา (4) ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาให้มี Mind Set ที่ต้องใช้ ในการเรียนการสอน (5) ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาให้ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือในการจัดการเรียนรู้พัฒนาผู้เรียน (6) ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาให้มีองค์ความรู้เชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ (7) ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาให้มีความตระหนักในเรื่องความปลอดภัยด้านสุขภาพ และ (8) ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาผ่านโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้ทางสื่อออนไลน์ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของครูยุควิถีถัดไป สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง (rxy=0.39) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
This research aimed to: 1) study the level of school administrators’ application of good governance principles, 2) examine the work efficiency of teachers in the Next Normal, and 3) investigate the relationship between school administrators’ application of good governance principles and the work efficiency of teachers in the Next Normal in schools under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s table, resulting in 316 participants, who were selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a five -point Likert scale, divided into three sections: Section 1 assessed opinions on the level of school administrators’ application of good governance principles (reliability coefficient = 0.90), and Section 2 evaluated opinions on the work efficiency of teachers in the Next Normal (reliability coefficient = 0.91). Data were analyzed using: mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The research results indicated that: 1) school administrators applied good governance principles at a high level, including (1) the principle of participation, (2) the rule of law, (3) the principle of ethics and transparency, (4) the principle of responsibility, (5) the principle of equality, (6) the principle of efficiency, and (7) the principle of value for money; 2) the work efficiency of teachers in the Next Normal was at a high level, comprising (1) promoting and developing skills in the use of digital technology, (2) promoting and developing knowledge and understanding of educational laws, (3) promoting and developing advisory, consulting, and counseling skills, (4) promoting and developing the mindset required for teac hing and learning, (5) promoting and developing the use of mobile devices in learning management to enhance student development, (6) promoting and developing scientific knowledge, (7) promoting and developing health and safety awareness, and (8) promoting and developing lear ning through online programs; and 3) the relationship between school administrators’ application of good governance principles and teachers’ work efficiency in the Next Normal in schools under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was moderately positive (rxy = 0.39), with statistical significance at the .05 level.
