บทคัดย่อ (TH)

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรค รวมถึงลักษณะของกระบวนการ ในด้านต่างๆ พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงาน และกำหนดรูปแบบขอบเขตให้มีความเหมาะสมกับโรงรมยางพาราทั้ง 2 แห่ง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โครงสร้างการบริหารงานและขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยคณะกรรมการ ดําเนินงาน 4 ฝ่าย คือ ประธานโรงรม รองผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริหาร รองผู้จัดการ ฝ่ายการตลาด รองผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต สําหรับปัญหาและอุปสรรค แบ่งได้ทั้งหมด 5 ด้านคือ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านการตลาด ด้านการผลิต ด้านการเงินการบัญชีและด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม

บทคัดย่อ (EN)

This research aims to study problems and obstacles including aspects concerning processes as well as analysis of factors contributing to operation and determining appropriate method and scope for both Rubber Smokehouses. The research found that organization of the management structure and scope of work consisted of 4 sections of operation committee ; chairman of the smoked rubber sheet house, administration manager marketing manager and manufacturing manager. Regarding the problems and obstacles devided into 5 issues; personnel, marketing, manufacturing, finance and accounting and environment. Factors for contributing in successful cooperatives were internal and external factors.
