การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสถานการณ์การบริหารสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมตามอัตลักษณ์การศึกษาคาทอลิก 2) พัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษา และ 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมของแนวทางดังกล่าว โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) กลุ่มประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนสังกัดคณะรักกางเขน แห่ง จันทบุรี จำนวน 7 โรงเรียน รวม 848 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 265 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 15 คน โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา พร้อมการตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โรงเรียนสังกัดคณะรักกางเขน แห่ง จันทบุรี มีการบริหารสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมตามอัตลักษณ์การศึกษาคาทอลิกโดยภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 3.95, S.D. = 0.11) และระดับการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมโดยภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 4.06, S.D. = 0.13) และแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่พัฒนาขึ้นมี 6 มิติ ได้แก่ 1) มิติด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ 2) มิติด้านการบริหารงานอภิบาลและแพร่ธรรม 3) มิติด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ (ธุรการ-การเงิน) 4) มิติด้านการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียน 5) มิติด้านการบริหารงานบุคลากร และ 6) มิติด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป ผลการประเมินแนวทางดังกล่าวพบว่า มีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ ความเป็นประโยชน์ และความถูกต้องตามแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.63, = 0.31)

This research aimed to: 1) examine the current situation of school administration for promoting moral and ethical values in accordance with the Catholic educational identity, 2) develop administration guidelines for these schools, and 3) evaluate the appropriateness of the proposed guidelines. A mixed-methods research design was employed. The population consisted of 848 administrators, teachers, and educational personnel from seven schools under the Congregation of the Lovers of the Cross of Chanthaburi. A sample of 265 participants was selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using: descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation. For the qualitative strand, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions were conducted with 15 key informants, and the data were analyzed using content analysis with triangulation for validation. The findings revealed that: 1) the overall level of school administration for promoting moral and ethical values in line with the Catholic educational identity was high (x ̅ = 3.95, S.D. = 0.11). Similarly, the overall level of moral and ethical promotion was also high (x ̅ = 4.06, S.D. = 0.13); 2) the developed guidelines for school administration comprised six dimensions: (1) academic administration, (2) pastoral care and evangelization, (3) budgeting and financial administration, (4) student affairs administration, (5) personnel administration, and (6) general administration; and 3) the evaluation results indicated that the guidelines were rated at the highest level in terms of appropriateness, feasibility, usefulness, and accuracy (μ = 4.63, σ = 0.31).
