การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา 2) วิเคราะห์แนวทางการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา และ 3) นำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชลบุรี ระยอง ปีการศึกษา 2567 เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธี การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูและบุคลากร ทางการศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชลบุรี ระยอง ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 352 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็น แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบ่งเป็น 3 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา วิชาชีพ วิทยฐานะ ประสบการณ์ทำงาน อำเภอที่ตั้งของสถานศึกษา และขนาดสถานศึกษา ตอนที่ 2 แบบประเมินการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียน เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชลบุรี ระยอง และตอนที่ 3 ข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชลบุรี มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชลบุรี ระยอง จำนวน 17 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์การคัดเข้าเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิคสามเส้าแล้วนำเสนอด้วยรูปแบบพรรณนา

This study aimed to: 1) study student affairs administration to promote students’ mental health in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi–Rayong; 2) analyze approaches to student affairs administration for promoting students’ mental health in these schools; and 3) propose approaches to student affairs administration for promoting students’ mental health in these schools in the academic year 2024. The study employed a mixed-methods research design. The quantitative research involved a sample of 352 teachers and educational personnel from these schools. The research instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, which was divided into three sections: Section 1 collected general information of the respondents, including gender, age, educational level, profession, academic standing, work experience, district of school location, and school size; Section 2 assessed student affairs administration for promoting students’ mental health in these schools, and Section 3 gathered suggestions for improving student affairs administration to promote students’ mental health. The overall reliability of the questionnaire was 0.96. The statistical methods used for data analysis included percentage, mean, and standard deviation. For the qualitative research, the key informants consisted of 17 teachers and educational personnel from these schools were selected through purposive sampling based on inclusion criteria. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and analyzed through content analysis. Data validity was verified using triangulation techniques, and the findings were presented in a descriptive narrative form.
