บทคัดย่อ (TH)
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารเชิงนวัตกรรมยุคดิจิทัล 2) ศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงานสถานศึกษาปลอดภัย 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารเชิงนวัตกรรมยุคดิจิทัลกับการดำเนินงานสถานศึกษาปลอดภัย และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์การบริหารเชิงนวัตกรรมยุคดิจิทัลที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานสถานศึกษาปลอดภัย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 291 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนตามศูนย์เครือข่ายของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามการบริหารเชิงนวัตกรรมยุคดิจิทัล มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 และตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามการดำเนินงานสถานศึกษาปลอดภัย มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.94 ความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับมีค่า 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The objectives of this research were to: 1) examine the level of innovative management in the digital age, 2) assess the level safe school operations, 3) investigate the relationship between the innovative management in the digital age and safe school operations, and 4) develop forecast equations of innovative management in the digital age affecting safe school operations. This study employed a quantitative research design. The sample consisted of 291 school teachers under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office in the academic year 2024, and was determined by the Krejcie and Morgan’s table. Stratified random sampling was applied, with school network centers serving as strata. The research instrument was a questionnaire divided into two parts: 1) a questionnaire on the level of innovative management in the digital age, with a reliability coefficient of 0.95, and 2) a questionnaire on the level of safe schools operations, with a reliability coefficient of 0.94. The overall reliability of the instrument is 0.96. The statistical used for data analysis included: mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
