บทคัดย่อ (TH)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการจัดการความรู้ของบุคคลากรเทศบาลตำบลแสนตุ้ง อำเภอเขาสมิง จังหวัดตราด จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่บุคลากรทั้งหมดที่สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลแสนตุ้ง จำนวน 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการจัดการความรู้ของบุคลากรเทศบาลตำบลแสนตุ้ง อำเภอเขาสมิง จังหวัดตราด เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได่แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( Χ ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test)

บทคัดย่อ (EN)

The purposes of this research were to study and compare knowledge management of personnel staff in Santung District Municipality in Khaosaming District of Trat. The factors of gender, age, educational levels, and working experiences were investigated in this study. The sample group used in this research consisted of 70 personnel staff in Santung District Municipality in Trat. The research instrument used to collect data was the five-rating scale questionnaire with the reliability level of .94. The data were statistically analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
