บทคัดย่อ (TH)
หลักธรรมทศพิธราชธรรมคือธรรมของผู้นำที่จะนำประเทศชาติไปสู่ความร่มเย็นเป็นสุขผู้บริหารในฐานะผู้นำทางการศึกษาจึงควรมีแนวปฏิบัติที่อยู่ในกรอบของคุณธรรมเพราะคุณธรรมเป็นเครื่องยึดเหนี่ยวรั้งจิตใจบุคคลให้ประพฤติในทางที่ถูกที่ควรและเป็นเครื่องมือช่วยส่งเสริมให้บุคคลนั้นเป็นที่ยอมรับนับถือแก่ผู้ร่วมงาน ทำให้ผู้ร่วมงานเกิดขวัญและกำลังใจรู้สึกมั่นคงในการปฏิบัติงาน ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้การปฏิบัติงานมีประสิทธิภาพ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมทศพิธราชธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 2) ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรม
ทศพิธราชธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการมีส่วนร่วมของครู สังกัดส านักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 จำนวน 285 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเทียบหากลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน โดยชิอำเภอเป็นชั้นในการสุ่ม เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมทศพิธราชธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและการมีส่วนร่วมของครู สังกัดส านักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย
ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The Buddhist principle of Rajadhamma is one of the Buddhist principles for a leader or
a ruler to use to rule the country for the peace of the nation and the happiness of the nations citizens. An educational administrator or an educational leader should have virtuous practice guidelines. It is because the virtues are a tool for people to develop their perfections of behavior and that can make those people respected by their colleagues and can improve the colleagues morale and encouragement in the workplace which result in more efficient operations. The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the application of the Buddhist principle of Rajadhamma by school administrators in schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; 2) the participation of teachers in schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; and 3) the relationship between the application of the Buddhist principle of Rajadhamma by school administrators and teachers participation in schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample was a group of 285 teachers in schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and was determined by using Krejcie and Morgans table and proportional stratified random sampling and classified by district. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire about the opinions of the application
of the Buddhist principle of Rajadhamma by school administrators and the participation of teachers in schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.98. The statistics used in data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearsons product-moment correlation coefficient.
