บทคัดย่อ (TH)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การจัดตกแต่งสถานที่
เพื่อการประกอบอาชีพ สำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยว 2) เปรียบเทียบ
ผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทางการเรียนก่อนและหลังใช้หลักสูตร 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะปฏิบัติก่อนและหลังใช้
หลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอยางที่ทดลองใช้หลักสูตร ได้แก่ นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยว
ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปี ที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปี การศึกษา 2562 วิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างจันทบุรี
สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive
Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การจัดตกแต่งสถานที่
เพื่อการประกอบอาชีพ สำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยว ได้แก่ แบบประเมินหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การจัดตกแต่งสถานที่เพื่อการประกอบอาชีพ สำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชา
การโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยว แบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทางการเรียน และแบบวัดทักษะปฏิบัติ สถิติที่ใช้
ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( X ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการทดสอบที (t - test Dependent)
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop a training curriculum on venue decoration for vocational students in the hotel and tourism program; 2) to compare the academic achievement before and after using the developed curriculum; and 3) to compare the practical skill of vocational students in the hotel and tourism program between pretest and posttest periods. The sample of this research was a group of 30 second - year students studying vocational
certificate in hotel and tourism program during the second semester in 2019, in Chanthaburi Polytechnic College under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, and was selected by purposive sampling. The research tools used were: the developed training curriculum on venue decoration for vocational students in the hotel and tourism program, including the evaluation scale on venue decoration for vocational students in the hotel and tourism program, achievement test and practical skill evaluation. The statistics used for data analysis included: percentage, mean ( X ), standard deviation (S.D.) and t-test Dependent.
