บทคัดย่อ (TH)

งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการดําเนินงานตามภารกิจที่ได้รับการถ่ายโอนของเทศบาลตําบลเขาสมิง 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการดําเนินงานตามภารกิจที่ได้รับการถ่ายโอนของเทศบาลตําบลเขาสมิงและ 3) ศึกษามาตรการในการปรับปรุงการดําเนินงานตามภารกิจที่ได้รับการถ่ายโอนของเทศบาลตําบลเขาสมิงให้บรรลุประสิทธิผลยิ่งขึ้น ตัวแปรที่ศึกษามีทั้งหมด 4 ด้าน คือ ความเพียงพอในการจัดบริการ อัธยาศัยในการให้บริการ ความรวดเร็วในการบริการและความเป็นธรรมในการบริการ

บทคัดย่อ (EN)

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of effectiveness and factors affecting the effectiveness of mandatory delegated functions which had been transferred in Khao Saming Sub-district Municipality, 2) to investigate factors affecting the effectiveness of mandatory delegated functions which had been transferred in order to achieve the goal of effectiveness, and 3) to examine measures for developing mandatory delegated functions which had been transferred in Khao Saming Sub-district Municipality in order to have the better effectiveness. The 4 variables were studied in this research: the sufficiently provided service, service hospitality, service rapidity, and fairness of service.
