บทคัดย่อ (TH)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของประชากรในพื้นที่จังหวัดจันทบุรี ระยอง และตราด ในการรับบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมจากคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมฯ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรําไพพรรณี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ประชากรในจังหวัดจันทบุรี ระยอง และตราด จํานวน 400 คน การสุ่มตัวอย่างใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) ตามพื้นที่จังหวัดและกําหนดสัดส่วนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้แบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างออกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม คือ บุคคลทั่วไป นักเรียน นักศึกษา และผู้นําชุมชน จากนั้นใช้การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์แปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ย โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe)

The objective of this research is to study the demand for academic services of people who live in the areas of Chanthaburi, Rayong, and Trat in response to the academic services organized by the Faculty of Industrial Technology and Gemological Sciences, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University in Chanthaburi. There is a sample population of 400, whom locally live in Chanthaburi, Rayong, and Trat, has been selected by applying the method of Stratified Random Sampling and defining the proportion of the sampling groups. The researcher has organized the sample population into 3 sampling groups which are individuals, students, and community leaders. Then the method of Purposive Sampling has been deployed and the tool used for collecting data is the questionnaire forms. Statistical tools used in this research are the percentage value, average value, standard deviation value in conjunction with One-Way Anova and Sheffe is analysis.
