บทคัดย่อ (TH)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของครู 2) ระดับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานครู และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ที่คัดเลือกมาด้วยด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นชั้นของการสุ่ม จํานวน 310 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ การหาคุณภาพของแบบสอบถามด้วยดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) ของครอนบาค สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

บทคัดย่อ (EN)

The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of transformational leadership styles of school administrators 2) the level of teacher’s job satisfaction in school and 3) the relationship between transformational leadership styles of school administrators and teacher’s job satisfaction in school. The sample was 310 teachers. The research was stratified random sampling. The research instruments were 5 rating scale questionnaires with alpha-coefficient. The statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis testing were mean, standard deviation, validity, reliability and Pearson is Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
