การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยและมาตรการการปรับปรุงเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในการบริการสาธารณะของเทศบาลตำบลเนินสูง อำเภอท่าใหม่ จังหวัดจันทบุรี การศึกษาจะใช้การวิจัยเชิงบูรณาการ (Mixed Method ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกและการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม

บทคัดย่อ (EN)

The purpose of this independent study was to examine the public satisfaction levels, factors, and measures of the public service provided by Neon Soong Sub-district Municipality in Tha Mai District in Chanthaburi Province. The mixed method model of the survey research with the in-depth interview and the participatory observation was employed in this study.
