การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบจากนโยบายรถคันแรกที่ส่งผลต่อธุรกิจรถยนต์มือสองในแง่ของผลกระทบทางเศรษฐกิจผ่านมุมมองของบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง และหาแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาผลกระทบจากนโยบายรถคันแรกที่ส่งผลต่อธุรกิจรถยนต์มือสองในจังหวัดจันทบุรี มีกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่สำคัญทั้งหมด 26 คน ได้แก่ ผู้ประกอบการค้ารถยนต์มือสอง ผู้ทำงานในวงการไฟแนนซ์ และผู้ซื้อรถยนต์มือสอง โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากการศึกษาเอกสารการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่ม จากวิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

บทคัดย่อ (EN)

This qualitative paper studies the impact of first car policy that affect second hand car sales from the involved parties’ perspective. The researcher’s objective is to find solutions to the effect of first car policy on second hand car sale in Chanthaburi Province. The researcher gathered information from a sample with a size of 26 which was divided into three groups; second hand car sales representatives, financing specialists and second hand car buyers. The researcher used in-depth interview and focus group method chosen by purposive sampling and then analyzed the data by content analysis method
