การบริหารสถานศึกษามีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบเชื่อมโยงไปยังคุณภาพผู้เรียนและความเจริญก้าวหน้าของชุมชน การเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานช่วยให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของชุมชน และสร้างความภาคภูมิใจให้แก่ผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่าย การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบบทบาทการมีส่วน่ร่วมในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การประถมศึกษาระยอง จำแนกตามสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา และขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การประถมศึกษาระยอง จำนวน 351 คน การกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ตารางเทียบกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.51-0.90 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The school administration is very important for teacher’s learning and teaching management which directly impacts the student’s quality and community’s development. The participation in school administration of the Basic Education Committees makes the operations smooth, consistent with the community’s needs, and makes all involved parties proud. The objectives of this research were to study and compare the role of the Basic Education Committees participation in school administrations under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office classified according to Educational Service Area Office and size of schools. The sample used in the research was a group of 351 administrators and teachers under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample size was calculated using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportionate stratified random sampling. The instrument used for collecting data was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a discrimination of 0.51-0.90 and a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA)
