บทคัดย่อ (TH)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหาร
ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในจังหวัดระยอง จันทบุรี และตราด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่
ผู้บริหารและครูผู้ดูแลเด็กศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในจังหวัดระยอง จันทบุรี และตราด จำนวน 357 คน
แบ่งเป็นผู้บริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำนวน 92 คน และครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก จำนวน 265 คน ด้วยวิธีการ
สุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน
ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.33 - 0.84 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 ส่วนสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย
ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที(T-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - way ANOVA) และการตรวจสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่
โดยวิธีการตรวจสอบความแตดต่างของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในจังหวัดระยอง
จันทบุรี และตราด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหาร
ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในจังหวัดระยอง จันทบุรี และตราด จำแนกตามสถานภาพ โดยรวมและรายด้าน
แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหาร
ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในจังหวัดระยอง จันทบุรี และตราด จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยรวม
และรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the administrators administrative
skills at the child development centers in Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat Provinces. The samples
of this research determined by the method of stratified random sampling were 357 participants,
consisting of 92 administrators and 265 teachers from the child development centers in Rayong,
Chanthaburi, and Trat Provinces. The instrument used was a set of five-rating scale questionnaire
with the reliability level of 0.98 and the discrimination index level of 0.33-0.84. The statistics used
for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance,
and Scheffes method of multiple comparison tests.
The results were as follows : 1) the overall administrative skills of administrators at the
child development centers in Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat Provinces were ranked as the high
level, 2) the comparative results in the overall and individual aspects of administrative skills of
administrators at the child development centers in Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat Provinces,
classified by status, were significantly different at .01 statistical level, and 3) the comparative
results in the overall and individual aspects of administrative skills of administrators at the child
development centers in Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat Provinces, classified by school size, were
significantly different at .01 statistical level.
