บทคัดย่อ (TH)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาวิสัยทัศน์ ยุทธศาสตร์และมาตรการขับเคลื่อนเมืองน่าอยู่ของภาคประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตําบลปากน้ำประแส อําเภอแกลง จังหวัดระยอง การศึกษาใช้การวิจัยเชิงผสมผสาน (Mixed Method) คือการผสมผสานระหว่างวิจัยเชิงสํารวจและการสัมภาษณ์ในเชิงคุณภาพ รวมทั ้งการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม ผลการศึกษาพบว่าวิสัยทัศน์เมืองน่าอยู่ของภาคประชาชน คือต้องการให้ชาวตําบลปากนํ าประแสในอนาคตมีรายได้ที่ยั่งยืน มีระบบการจัดการให้ประแสปลอดจากขยะทั้ งบนบกและในน้้ำ มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ที่สมบูรณ์ ชุมชนปลอดจากยาเสพติด
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The objectives of this research were to study the visions, strategies, and measures that drove the public sector, which was in the municipality of Paknam Prasae, Klaeng district, Rayong province, for the creation for a healthy city. The study employed the Mix Method research approach which consisted the survey-based method and the interview for the qualitative research approach as well as the participatory observation method. The findings indicated that 1) The visions of the public sector’s healthy city were that the residents of Paknam Prasae should have sustainable income. 2) It should have a good system in order to be free from garbage found in both on land and the waterways. 3) It should provide a well-organized eco-tourism attraction. 4) It should be a drugfree zone.
