งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาให้ทราบถึงระดับและการเปรียบเทียบผลกระทบของการบริหารจัดการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลสนามไชย ที่มีต่อการบริการสุขภาพของประชาชนในเขตตำบลสนามไชย อำเภอนายายอาม จังหวัดจันทบุรี การวิจัยจะใช้วิธีเชิงบูรณาการ คือการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก และการสังเกตการณ์อย่างมีส่วนร่วม ในการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจจะใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจากประชากรที่มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งและมารับบริการสุขภาพของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลสนามไชย ตำบลสนามไชย อำเภอนายายอาม จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำนวน 336 คน โดยใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสองขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารจัดการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตําบลสนามไชย ส่งผลกระทบเชิงบวกค่อนข้างสูงต่อการบริการสุขภาพของประชาชนในเขตตําบลสนามไชย อําเภอนายายอาม จังหวัดจันทบุรี ทั้งในภาพรวมและในด้านส่งเสริมสุขภาพด้านการรักษาพยาบาล ด้านการควบคุมป้องกนโรคและด้านฟื้นฟูสุขภาพ และเมื่ อเปรียบเทียบผลกระทบจําแนกปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลพบว่า ไม่มีปัจจัยที่ มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The purposes of this research were to study the levels and compare the impacts of Sanam Chai Health Promoting Hospital Management to the healthcare service of people in Sanam Chai Sub-district of Na Yai Am District in Chanthaburi. The integrated research methods of the in-depth interview and the participatory observation were applied to this research. The research populations were the 336 qualified voters who were also the healthcare service receivers of Sanam Chai Health Promoting Hospital in Sanam Chai Sub-district of Na Yai Am District in Chanthaburi. The research populations were determined by the two-stage cluster sampling
method. The major findings identified the highly positive impacts of Sanam Chai Health Promoting Hospital Management to the healthcare service of people in Sanam Chai Sub-district of Na Yai Am District in Chanthaburi. The aspects of health promotion, medical care, disease control and prevention, and health rehabilitation were found in this study. The results showed no
different factors with the .05 level of the statistical significance.
