การวิจัยเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการนํานโยบายชุมชนท้องถิ่นจัดการตนเองมาปฏิบัติ ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี : กรณีศึกษาสภาองค์กรชุมชนตําบล จังหวัดจันทบุรีมีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยและแนวทางเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของกระบวนการนํานโยบายชุมชนท้องถิ่น จัดการตนเองมาปฏิบัติในจังหวัดจันทบุรี วิธีการศึกษาจะใช้การวิจัย เชิงผสมผสาน (Mixed Model) โดยใช้การอภิปรายกลุ่มเฉพาะ (Focus-Group Discussion) จากสภาองค์กรชุมชนตําบลทั้งหมด 51 สภาฯ และสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกบุคคล (In-Depth Interview) นอกจากนี้ใช้การสังเกตการณ์ แบบมีส่วนร่วม

บทคัดย่อ (EN)

The research, the factors that affect the implementation of self-management policies in communities of Chanthaburi : case study of the Community District, Chanthaburi, has carried out with objectives of studying the significance of the affected factors and the approaches that related to the effectiveness of the implementation of the self-management policies in Chanthaburi. The methods of study consist of applying the mixed model by using focus-group discussion method with the delegates from 51 community districts and using in-depth interview method and the observation method also has been employed.
