การศึกษาเรื่องความต้องการและมาตรการของประชาชนที่มีต่อการจัดบริการสาธารณะขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองนารายณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับเปรียบเทียบและมาตรการเกี่ยวกับความต้องการของประชาชนที่มีต่อการจัดบริการสาธารณะขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองนารายณ์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี วิธีการศึกษาจะใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Method) ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ คือ การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจจะศึกษาจากประชาชนที่มีสิทธิ์เลือกตั้ง โดยกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่าง 349 คน จากการใช้สูตร ทาโร ยามาเน่ และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบ 2 ขั้นตอน ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพจะใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกและการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The objective of this thesis is to study the comparison levels and the relevant measures to the need of the public for the management of public services of Khlong Narai Sub-district Administration Organization, Amphur Muang, Chanthaburi. The mixed method was deployed by combining the survey-based research method and the qualitative research method in which that the survey-based method will only be performed on 349 persons whom have been qualified voters and this has been determined by applying the Taro Yamane’s sample size and the two-stage cluster sampling method. Whereas the qualitative research methods of in-depth interview and the participatory observation were also deployed in this study.
