การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) ศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 338 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 มีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยอย่างง่าย
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
This research aims 1) to study the 21st leadership of school administrators, 2) to study teacher’s motivation and performance, 3) to study the relationship between the 21st century leadership of school administrators and teacher’s motivation and performance, and 4) to perform a regression analysis of how the 21st century leadership of school administrators affecting teacher’s motivation and performance in Schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample was a group of 338 teachers who work these schools. The research instrument was five-rating scale questionnaire about the 21st century leadership affecting teacher’s motivation and performance in Schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. It had an overall confidence level of 0.91 The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
