บทคัดย่อ (TH)

การวิจัยครั้งนี 1 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของผู้เลี้ยงไก่ชน ในอําเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี 2) ศึกษาสภาพการเลี้ยงไก่ชน และการสร้างมูลค่าไก่ชน 3) ศึกษาปัญหา การแก้ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของธุรกิจการเลี้ยงไก่ชน ในอําเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยมีเป้าหมายจํานวน 60 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง วิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก (Convenience Sampling) เกี่ยวกับสภาวะเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของกลุ่มผู้เลี้ยงไก่ชน 1) การวิจัยเชิงสํารวจ (Survey Research) มีเป้าหมายจํานวน 60 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่อยู่ในเขตพื้นที่อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี ณ สนามชนไก่ จันทบุรี 2) การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกรายบุคคล (Individual depth interview) เกี่ยวกับสภาพการเลี้ยง และความรู้ในการเลี้ยงไก่ชน จํานวน 10 คน 3) การสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) เป็นการสัมภาษณ์และสนทนาแบบเจาะประเด็นด้วยการเชิญผู้ร่วมสนทนามารวมเป็นกลุ่ม ๆ ละประมาณ 5 คน เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสนทนาแลกเปลี่ยนทัศนะกันอย่างกว้างขวางในประเด็นต่างๆที่เราต้องการแล้วพยายามหาข้อสรุป

บทคัดย่อ (EN)

The objectives of this research are 1) to study thesocio-economic condition of the fighting cock raisers in Muang District in Chanthaburi Province2) to examine the fighting cock breeding and the value added process in the fighting cock businesses 3) to view the problems, solutions, and suggestions of the fighting cock businesses in Muang District in Chanthaburi Province. The sample group was the 60 fighting cock raisers which were determined by the convenience sampling method. The survey research method was used in the data collection in the cock fighting battlegrounds in Chanthaburi Province. The in - depth interview was used to ask the 10 fighting cock raisers about the cocks and the knowledge used in the fighting co ck farms. The focus group discussion was consisted of the 5 fighting cock raisers who expressed their opinions in various issues and conclusion.
