บทคัดย่อ (TH)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาให้ทราบถึงระดับการมีส่วนร่วม และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการคัดแยกขยะพลาสติกออกจากขยะชุมชน ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลบ้านเพ จังหวัดระยอง การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้การวิจัยเชิงผสมผสาน (Mixed Method) คืองานวิจัยเชิงสำรวจเพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน จะใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นประชากรที่มีอายุ 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป และอยู่ในทะเบียนราษฎร์ของเทศบาลตำบลบ้านเพ จำนวน 288 คน และเทคนิคสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบ 2 ขั้นตอน ส่วนในการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ทำให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมโดยจะใช้แนวสัมภาษณ์ ทำการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก และอภิปรายกลุ่ม รวมถึงการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The research was aimed to examine the participation levels and affecting factors towards the public participation in the plastic scrap separation of Ban Phe Sub-district Municipality in Rayong. The mixed method models of the survey and qualitative research were applied to this study. The research populations determined by the two-stage cluster sampling method were the 388 people with over 18 years of age under the civil registration of Ban Phe
Sub-district Municipality. The qualitative research methods of the in-depth interviews with the key informants, the focus group discussions, and the participatory observations were used in this study.
