บทคัดย่อ (TH)

งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการด้านสวัสดิการ รูปแบบที่เหมาะสมในการจัดสวัสดิการสำหรับคนพิการที่นอกเหนือจากเบี้ยความพิการของคนพิการในอำเภอนายายอาม จังหวัดจันทบุรี การศึกษาจะใช้กลุ่มประชากรคนพิการที่มีชื่ออยู่ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในอำเภอนายายอาม จังหวัดจันทบุรี ทั้ง 6 ตำบล จำนวน 528 คน ใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสองขั้นตอน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 228 คน โดยการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการ คือ การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก การวิจัยเอกสาร การสังเกตการณ์อย่างมีส่วนร่วม และประสบการณ์จากผู้วิจัย

บทคัดย่อ (EN)

This research was aimed to study the needs of the fringe benefits and the appropriate model of the fringe benefit management apart from allowances for disabled people in Na Yai Am District in Chanthaburi Province. The integrated research approach of the survey study, the indepth interviews, the documentary study, and the participatory observation were applied as the research instrument. The research populations determined by the two-stage cluster sampling method were the 228 disabled people in the area of Na Yai Am Sub-district Administration Organization in Chanthaburi Province.
