การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสตรี 2) ศึกษาความสุขในการทำงานของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสตรีกับความสุขในการทำงานของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสตรีที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาจันทบุรี ตราด เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาจันทบุรี ตราด ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 320 คน ได้มาด้วยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสตรี มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.91 และตอนที่ 2 ความสุขในการทำงานของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยอย่างง่าย
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the leadership of woman school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat, 2) study the happiness in the workplace of teachers and educational personnel in these schools, 3) study the relationship between the leadership of woman school administrators and the happiness in the workplace of teachers and educational personnel in these schools, and 4) create a predictive equation to forecast how the leadership of woman school administrators affect the happiness in the workplace of teachers and educational personnel in these schools. This was quantitative research. The sample was a group of 320 teachers and educational personnel and was obtained by proportional stratified random sampling in the year 2021. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire that was divided into 2 parts. Part 1, the reliability of the leadership of woman school administrators portion was 0.91, and part 2, the reliability of the happiness in the workplace of teachers and educational personnel in school’s portion was 0.92. The statistics used for analysis data were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
