บทคัดย่อ (TH)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนามีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะ เรื่อง การแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์เห็ดนางฟ้า สำหรับนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 2) เพื่อทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะ เรื่อง การแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์เห็ดนางฟ้า สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนบ้านทับช้าง ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ 1) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะ 2) แบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่องการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์เห็ดนางฟ้า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
This objectives of this research were to: 1) develop and examine the suitability of a competency-based curriculum on grey oyster mushroom product processing for secondary 3 students, and 2) evaluate the curriculum in use. The sample was a group of 5 experts and 30 secondary 3 students from Bantabchan School, Soi Dao District, Chanthaburi Province in the academic year 2021, and was selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments were: 1) a suitability assessment test of a competency-based curriculum, and 2) a learning achievement test on grey oyster mushroom product processing. Data were analyzed by using: mean, standard deviation and t-test.
