การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบคุณธรรมตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามทัศนะของครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ (EN)

The main purposes of this research were to study and compare the morality hinged on the four Brahmavihara principles, or cardinal virtues, performed by basic school administrators as perceived by classroom teachers who worked under the Office of Chanthaburi Educational Service Area II. The independent variables were classified by educational background, work experience and school size.
