การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีเป้าประสงค์โดยรวม คือ การเตรียมความพร้อมในแนวทางขับเคลื่อนเข้าสู่สังคมสูงอายุของไทย จากการประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดชุมชนที่เป็นมิตรกับผู้สูงอายุขององค์การอนามัยโลกกับข้อมูลของชุมชนกรณีศึกษาแห่งหนึ่งใน จ.จันทบุรี ที่ได้รับการพิจารณาว่าเป็นชุมชนสูงอายุแบบสมบูรณ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 4 ประการ คือ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการณ์ปัจจุบันของระบบการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่กรณีศึกษา 2) วิเคราะห์องค์ความรู้เชิงสหวิทยาการเพื่อสังเคราะห์ระบบการดูแลสุขภาพชุมชนโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3) เสนอแนวทางขับเคลื่อนระบบการดูแลสุขภาพชุมชน จากบริบทขององค์กรภาคชุมชนและภาครัฐ และ 4) วิเคราะห์การประเมินผลก่อนการดำเนินการจริงของโครงการด้านสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุที่มีนัยสำคัญในชุมชน กระบวนการวิจัยเป็นแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณจากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้สูงอายุ 240 คน ผ่านแบบสัมภาษณ์ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.93 และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพจากการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ในบทสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้สูงอายุ 33 คน และบทสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 7 คน รวมทั้งการระดมความคิดผ่านเวทีชุมชน 2 ครั้ง ระหว่างกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ และบุคลากรภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสร้างกลยุทธ์แบบถ่วงน้ำหนักและคัดเลือกโครงการเพื่อนำเสนอ
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The overall goal of this research aimed at preparing the movement approach into the aging society of Thailand due to the concept of Age-friendly Community (AFC) of the World Health Organization (WHO). The research employed the data base of a selected community in Chanthaburi Province which was considered the complete-aged society as the case study. Accordingly, there were 4 main objectives including : 1) to investigate the current situation of elderly health care system in the case studied community, 2) to apply the interdisciplinary knowledge in creating a community health care system through participation of involved sectors, 3) to suggest the movement approach for the health care system from the local and public contexts, and 4) to analyze the ex-ante evaluation of the elderly health care projects significantly selected by the community. The research procedure consisted of mixed methods of quantitative and qualitative analyses. The quantitative part involved interviews with a sample group of 240 elderly people with a reliability coefficient of 0.93. The qualitative part, on the other hand, was related to the content analysis of interviews with a group of 33 elderly people and 7 experts. Also, 2 brainstorming meeting were created among elderly, elderly family members and officials in order to justify the weighted strategies and then the proposed projects.
