บทคัดย่อ (TH)
งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาคือเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของประชาชนและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับระบบและกระบวนการให้บริการทะเบียนราษฎรของเทศบาลตําบลเกาะขวาง อําเภอเมืองจันทบุรี จังหวัดจันทบุรี วิธีการศึกษาจะใช้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงผสมผสาน ( Mixed Method) ระหว่างเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพคือการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจและการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกรวมทั้งการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม ข้อค้นพบที่ได้ศึกษาพบว่าประชาชนมีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบและกระบวนการให้บริการทะเบียนราษฎรของเทศบาลตําบลเกาะขวาง อําเภอเมืองจันทบุรี จังหวัดจันทบุรี มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการศึกษาดังกล่าวเป็นฐานข้อมูลในการเสนอแนะระบบและกระบวนการให้บริการทั้งด้านเจ้าหน้าที่/บุคลากรที่ให้บริการ ด้านสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกและด้านคุณภาพของการให้บริการ
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The research aimed to study people’s satisfaction and recommendations of systems and processes of civil registration services in Local Administration of Ko Khwang Subdistrict Municipality Muang District in Chanthaburi Province. The mixed method approach of the quantitative and qualitative research was used in this study. The survey research, in-depth interview, and participatory observation were applied to this research. The results showed the high satisfaction level to the systems and processes of the civil registration services operated by Ko Khwang Suddistrict Municipality in Muang District of Chanthaburi Province. All of the aspects and each aspect of services were satisfied. The research findings would be a source of information and could be used as the recommendations for the systems and processes of services in term of personnel staff, service staff, facilities, and qualified services.
