บทคัดย่อ (TH)
งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลโขมง การศึกษาใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้มีสิทธิ์เลือกตั้งในตําบลโขมง อําเภอท่าใหม่ จังหวัดจันทบุรี จํานวน 348 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่
สําคัญที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยสถิติพรรณนา เช่น ค่าความถี่
ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าสหสัมพันธ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกนายอภิชาติ วิสิทธิวงศ์ เป็นนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลโขมง ปัจจัยที่
มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจเลือกนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลโขมง
คือ ความสัมพันธ์ส่วนตัวกับผู้สมัคร คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร นโยบายของผู้สมัคร ผลงานทีผ่านมาของผู้สมัคร หัวคะแนนของผู้สมัคร และความสมเหตุสมผลในการเลือกผู้สมัคร
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The objective of this research was to study the factors that affected the decision making to vote for the chief executive of Tambon Khamong Administrative Organization . This study employed the quantitative research method by randomization the sample group of 348 electoral votes who
were electoral votes in Tambon Khamong Thamai district, Chanthaburi Province. The instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean and correlation analysis. The study had found that the sample chose Mr. Aphichat Wisittiwong to be their chief executive of the sub-district administration organization of Tambon Khamong. The factors related to the decision of choosing the chief executive of the sub-district administration organization of Tambon Khamong were private connection with the candidates, candidates attributes, candidates policies, previous work or success of the candidates, the election canvassers of the candidates, and the logical reasons in choosing the candidates.
