บทคัดย่อ (TH)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงมาตรการและเปรียบเทียบมาตรการในการจัดการขยะในทัศนะของประชาชน ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลกระแจะ อำเภอนายายอาม จังหวัดจันทบุรี วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยจะใช้การศึกษาเชิงผสมผสาน (Mixed Method)ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชาชนที่มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งจำนวน 360 คน การวิจัยเชิงเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก และการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลกระแจะค่อนข้างเห็นด้วยกับมาตรการในการจัดการขยะในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลกระแจะแต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายประเด็นจะพบว่าประชาชนจะมีทัศนะต่อมาตรการจัดการขยะเป็น 2 มาตรการหลัก คือ มาตรการสนับสนุน
การจัดการขยะ และมาตรการในการป้องกนขยะ ส่วนมาตรการที่ ประชาชนไม่แน่ใจ คือ มาตรการ
ในการกาจัดขยะ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบมาตรการในการจัดการขยะในทัศนะของประชาชนเขตองค์การ
บริหารส่วนตําบลกระแจะ จําแนกตามข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ยอมรับสมมติฐาน
ใน 2 ข้อ คือ มาตรการในการจัดการขยะในทัศนะของประชาชน เขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลกระแจะแตกต่างกันตามอาชีพ และมาตรการในการจัดการขยะในทัศนะของประชาชนเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลกระแจะ แตกต่างกันตามรายได้
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The objectives of this study are to study the measures and compare the measures for the sold waste management in the view of the public’s opinion within area of Kra Jae Sub-district Administration Organization. The mixed method was applied during the courses of quantitative and qualitative research. This has been conducted by the means of survey, from the sample population of 360 whom have possessed the election rights, the research from relevant documents, the in-depth interview, and the participatory observation. The study has revealed that the sample population who live in the area of Kra Jae Sub-district Administration Organization tend to agree upon the measures for the solid waste
management with in its vicinity. But when consider each aspect in detail, it has found that the public have split into two main opinions towards the measures which are the supporting measure for waste management and the preventing measure for the waste. As for the measure that public
have been uncertain was the measure for waste management. When comparing the measures for waste management in public’s opinions which are divided according to the data, the result of hypothesis test shows that two hypothesis are acceptable which are the measure for solid waste
management in the public’s opinion who live in the area of Kra Jae Sub-district Administration Organization will differ among people who have different occupations, and the measure for the solid waste management will also be different among those with different income levels.
