บทคัดย่อ (TH)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจและปัจจัยทางการเมือง
ที่มีผลต่อความขัดแย้งในการบริหารจัดการสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพในภาคตะวันออก โดยเลือกศึกษา
สโมสรฟุตบอลจันทบุรี เอฟซี วิธีการศึกษาจะใช้วิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแนวประวัติศาสตร์ โดยใช้เอกสาร
ชั้นต้น การสังเกตและการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก (In-depth Interview) จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Key Informants) ได้แก่ กลุ่มทุนนักการเมืองและกลุ่มทุนทางเศรษฐกิจที่มีผลต่อความขัดแย้งของสโมสรฟุตบอลจันทบุรี เอฟซี ในปี 2553 - 2555 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยทางทางเศรษฐกิจมีผลต่อความขัดแย้งในการบริหารสโมสรฟุตบอลจันทบุรี เอฟซี กล่าวคือ ผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนทางธุรกิจสถานบันเทิงขนาดใหญ่ในจังหวัดจันทบุรีของกลุ่มทุน 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มทุนนักการเมืองและกลุ่มทุนเอกชนได้สร้างความขัดแย้งระหวางสมาคมกีฬาจังหวัดและสโมสรฟุตบอลจันทบุรี เอฟซี จนส่งผลต่อความขัดแย้งในการบริหารจัดการสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพของจังหวัด และปัจจัยทางการเมืองมีผลต่อการบริหารสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพ คือ ความขัดแย้งระหวางกลุ่มทุนนักการเมืองสายองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดจันทบุรี ได้แก่ กลุ่มนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดจันทบุรี และกลุ่มรองนายกองค์การบริ หารส่วนจังหวัดจันทบุรี มีผลต่อการบริหารจัดการและการสนับสนุนงบประมาณแก่สโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพจนนําไปสู่ล้มเหลวของสโมสรฟุตบอลจันทบุรี เอฟซี
บทคัดย่อ (EN)
The objective of this research was to study political and economic factors affecting the conflict of professional football league management in the eastern region. The Chanthaburi Football Club (Chanthaburi FC) was studied in this research. The historical approach of qualitative research with the study of primary sources, observation and in-depth interview was applied to this research. The key informants were groups of people with political and economic capital who were involved in the conflict of the Chanthaburi Football Club from the year 2010 to 2012. The major results revealed the following economic factors which affected the Chanthaburi Football Club.
The conflict of interest in the entertainment businesses which was found in the two groups of capital investors: local politicians and private corporations. The conflict between the Chanthaburi Provincial Sport Association and Chanthaburi Football Club brought difficulties to the professional football league management in Chanthaburi. The political factors affecting the professional football league management were the conflict between the Chief Executive of Chanthaburi Provincial
Administration Organization and the Deputy Chief Executive of Chanthaburi Provincial Administration Organization. The disagreement affected the management and budgets of the professional football club and brought the failure of the Chanthaburi Football Club administration.
